Sending a contract for e-signature
4 min read
When the client accepts, the proposal becomes a contract: the same selections plus your terms, sent out for electronic signature.
What the client sees
A single document with the priced selections, the terms, and a signature block — no account required on their side.
After signature
The signed copy is stored on the event, and the event moves into the operational stage where event orders and invoices take over.
Changes after signing
Material changes should be re-issued rather than edited in place, so the signed record stays the signed record.
