Your first week in Panko

5 min read

You can take a booking on day one, but the platform gets much more useful once your own data is in it. This is the order we suggest.

1. Build the catalog

Load your menu items and services first — everything downstream prices off them.

2. Set up price sheets

Price sheets let the same catalog item carry different pricing for different market segments without duplicating the item.

3. Draft your templates

Proposal, contract, and event order templates are where your voice and your terms live. Getting them right once saves an edit on every future booking.

4. Invite the team

Add users with the narrowest permission set that lets them do their job; you can widen it later.
